As well as our own marketing website, we list your property on a wide range of booking platforms to ensure your property gets exposure to the widest possible market. Including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Holidu, Visit Scotland and many more.

Our dynamic pricing system uses market intelligence to set the optimum price for each booking of your property. You agree the minimum price with us, then our software uses the market demand to establish the optimum price – neither too high nor too low. This helps maximise the returns you get from your holiday let.

We’ll handle the booking, but we’ll let you know every time a booking comes in, with our system automatically keeping you up to date with what’s happening.

You will have access to your very own owner’s property portal. Here you can access your calendar with booking details. You can produce a multitude of helpful reports including financial. This means you can quickly and easily get an overview and check details at any time.

Your housekeeper will also receive booking notifications via their housekeeper log-in. They will also be able to produce easy-to-use reports for check-ins and check-outs.

From 1st October 2023 all short-term letting properties must have a Short-Term Let Licence before taking bookings or welcoming guests.

It is against the law to operate without one. You could be fined £2500 and banned for applying for a licence for a whole year if you are caught doing this (and you couldn’t let out your property during this time.
