LOCATION: The village of Bunessan, which has a population of approximately 300, is serviced by a Spa shop, hotel, post office and a restaurant/café. The primary school for the Ross of Mull is also based in the village. Bunessan is a thriving fishing village and is famous for its lobsters which come from nearby Loch Scridain. The village lies 7 miles from Fionnphort to the West where it is possible to take a ferry to the famous island of Iona. Craignure lies 29 miles to the East and is the terminal for the Caledonian MacBrayne ferry which runs a regular service throughout the year to the attractive town of Oban with its wide range of shops and amenities.

DIRECTIONS: On leaving Craignure, follow signs for Bunessen and Fionnphort. Continue along this road until you enter the village of Bunessan. Take the road to the left before the Argyll Arms and carry along (do not take the turning to Uisken) until you come to the plots on the left hand side. The site is indicated by the For Sale sign.
