Step 1: Property Search
All our current available listings are on our site – Click here to see our current listings. Be sure to read the particulars carefully for information on the size, location, rent, deposit, furnishings, start date and the duration of tenancy.
Step 2: Book a Viewing
Once you have seen a suitable property on our website, contact our office via the ‘BOOK A VIEWING’ button on the listing you wish to view. Here you can send an email to our Lettings Team stating the time and date you would prefer to view. Our lettings team will then contact you to confirm an appointment date and time.
Step 3: At the Viewing
Have a good look round! Make sure you are happy with the property and the inventory of furnishings that are included with the property. Ask the member of our lettings team any questions you have to make sure you you have al the inorfmation you need.
Step 4: Application & References
If you want to apply for one of our rental properties you will need to complete an application form and provide us with references to support your application. You can complete your application online and upload/attach all your supporting documents via our Application Page HERE. (Please Note: Incomplete forms will NOT be processed and your application will not be considered for a tenancy.)
Step 5: Confirmation
Upon submission a member of our team will review your application and if complete and approved it will be forwarded to the Landlord for selection. If your application has been successful, a member of our team will contact you to let you know the Landlord has selected your application for the tenancy. They will then confirm your tenancy start date and email you the tenancy confirmation and deposit request.
Step 6: Deposit
To secure the tenancy we will ask you to pay the tenancy deposit and confirm the inventory of furnishings. Payment of the deposit will secure the property until your tenancy start date.
Step 7: Lease Paperwork
Our Lettings Team will email you a draft copy of the lease and other associated paperwork prior to your move in date. Make sure you read all of this information carefully and contact the team if you have any questions! You will also need to ensure your first months rent is paid in advance of your move in day.
Step 8: Move in day!
We will arrange for a suitable time for you to visit the office and sign all the required paperwork, a member of our team will go through the documentation with you and answer any questions. Then once everything is signed we can give you the keys and you can get moving in!
